Refund and Cancelation Policy

DCS PG College ("we", "our", "us") follows a transparent and fair policy regarding cancellations and refunds related to admissions, fees, and other services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellation and refund requests.

1. Admission Cancellation
  • Students who wish to cancel their admission must submit a written request to the college administration.
  • The cancellation request must include student details, course information, and reason for cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed as per the rules and regulations of the college and applicable government/education authority guidelines.
  • If a student cancels admission before the commencement of classes, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative charges.
  • No refund will be provided after a specified period from the start of classes (as defined by the college).
  • Fees once paid for registration, application, or processing are generally non-refundable.
3. Course Cancellation by College
  • If the college cancels a course or program due to any reason, eligible students will receive a full or partial refund as decided by the management.
4. Refund Processing Time
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days.
  • The refund will be credited through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
  • Failure to attend classes after admission
  • Violation of college rules leading to suspension or expulsion
  • Voluntary withdrawal after the allowed refund period
